g) if the Data Subject believes that his/her rights have been violated by the Data Controller and/or a third party he/she will, in addition, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or other competent supervisory authority (pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, i.e. where the Data Subject usually resides, works or where the alleged violation occurred).
